✨ LOCPARABLES101 BOOKING POLICIES PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🚨 Emergency / Squeeze-In Appointments Emergency, squeeze-in, or appointments requested outside of regular business hours are subject to an additional $60 convenience fee. This fee applies to appointments booked before opening, after closing, or outside of my normal availability and is added to the total cost of your scheduled service. Availability is not guaranteed and must be approved prior to booking. ⭐️ By booking an appointment with LocParables101, you acknowledge and agree to all policies below. 💳 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT A $30–$200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amount varies based on the service selected. Your deposit is applied toward your remaining service balance. Deposits are non-refundable. Failure to attend your appointment, late cancellation or failure to properly reschedule may result in forfeiture of your deposit. ⸻ ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee may be applied. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require the appointment to be shortened, modified or rescheduled depending on the service and remaining appointment time. If your appointment can no longer be completed due to lateness, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation/no-show and your deposit may be forfeited. Please respect your scheduled appointment time. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. ⸻ 🚫 NO-CALL / NO-SHOW Failure to arrive for your appointment without contacting LocParables101 is considered a No-Call/No-Show (NCNS). A NCNS will result in: * 65% of the scheduled service price being charged * Deposit forfeiture * Future appointments may require a 100% prepayment * After 2 NCNS occurrences, booking privileges may be restricted or terminated ⸻ 🔄 RESCHEDULING Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling within the 48-hour window may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or a cancellation fee. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment when the rescheduling policy is followed. ⸻ ❌ CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in: 50% of the scheduled service price being charged and/or forfeiture of the deposit. ⸻ 📱 COMMUNICATION If you are running late, need to reschedule or have an unexpected situation, please communicate as soon as possible. Texting does not automatically waive applicable fees.
